Home to internationally acclaimed teachers, choreographers and world medalists. The School of Cadence Ballet offers children and professional dancers classes in ballet, pointe, variations, pas de deux, men's classes, contemporary ballet, contemporary jazz, contemporary, modern, improvisation, jazz, hip-hop, creative movement, acro and body conditioning. S.C.B is home to Cadence Ballet and it’s three companies, which enables S.C.B
to offer professional dance expertise to all levels of dancers. The School of Cadence Ballet is quickly becoming a place where both dancers and parents can see tangible improvement in the student’s level both technically and artistically. The carefully designed program ensures that the dancers receive the right exposure and versatility, giving them the best chance at a successful career. The result is a school full of happy and engaged dancers who are improving their grace, work ethic, love of dance, and artistic maturity right before your eyes while being recognized for this on an international level. Students have been accepted to international schools such as the Royal Ballet School (London), The Paris Opera Ballet School (Paris), The Bolshoi Ballet (Moscow), San Francisco Ballet School (San Francisco), the American Ballet Theatre (New York), School of American Ballet (New York), have been received top awards and invitations to represent Canada at the finals at competitions such as the Youth American Grand Prix, American Dance Competition, American Dance Awards and the Canadian National Dance Championships. Professional dancers and former students are currently found performing in various companies throughout the world.

Zoe and Owen first auditioned for SCB at ages 6 and 7. Seven years later, they have performed at Lincoln Center, received top awards at YAGP both individually and as a duet, trained at prestigious international ballet schools and earned scholarships at world finals.

✨ INTRODUCING OUR 2026 SUMMER INTENSIVE FACULTY ✨

We are proud to introduce the first 15 members of one of our most distinguished Summer Intensive faculty lineups to date.

This year’s faculty brings together an extraordinary collection of internationally acclaimed artists, principal dancers, award-winning choreographers, rehearsal directors, adjudicators, master teachers, health professionals, and movement specialists.

Collectively, our faculty have performed, taught, and created with organizations including The National Ballet of Canada, The Bolshoi Theatre, Staatsballett Berlin, Ballet Jörgen, San Diego Ballet, Toronto Dance Theatre, ProArteDanza, Citadel + Compagnie, leading universities, prestigious competitions, and professional training programs throughout North America and Europe.

Dancers will train in classical ballet, Vaganova methodology, pointe, men’s technique, variations, contemporary, choreography, character, artistry, conditioning, and rhythmic gymnastics-inspired strength and flexibility.

Beyond the studio, students will also enjoy professional pointe shoe fittings by The Danceshoppe, health and wellness coaching with The Whole Dancer, and additional educational experiences designed to support healthy dancer development.

We are beyond excited to welcome our dancers back for Summer Intensive 2026!

Over the next three weeks, dancers will train alongside our exceptional SCB full-time faculty and an outstanding roster of distinguished guest artists, all united by a genuine passion for teaching and developing young dancers.

At SCB, every class is built around individualized coaching, thoughtful corrections, and meaningful mentorship.
