Dufferin North Athletics is a bright and beautiful fitness club with a large cardio and free weight area, sauna, steam room, and group classes such as yoga, spin, zumba, crossfit and more. Not to mention we also have an elite team of health care professionals such as Personal Trainers that are trained to help you with your specific needs. Each new member receives a Health Assessment where there goals are discussed and fitness level is determined.
