Olympian Alexandra Ianculescu is a Romanian-Canadian athlete, entrepreneur, and media personality whose career spans elite speed skating, professional cycling, broadcasting, and business. After representing Romania at the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, she successfully transitioned to competitive cycling while continuing to build her personal brand.

Alexandra is the founder of ,a performance-inspired apparel brand, and has leveraged digital platforms, including subscription-based content, to engage with a global audience.

13 Years of RDP Sports Management Inc.

Today marks 13 years since I founded RDP Sports Management Inc. on June 3, 2013—a milestone made even more special by the fact that 13 has always been my lucky number. What began as a one-person operation has grown into an incredible journey filled with lessons, challenges, growth, and unforgettable opportunities. I am deeply grateful to the athletes, colleagues, mentors, and supporters who have trusted and guided me along the way. Through the highs and lows, I remained committed to the vision, and that perseverance has allowed me to work with professional athletes across multiple sports, particularly in hockey and tennis. As we celebrate this milestone, I am excited to announce the expansion of RDP Sports Management into professional soccer, a sport that has been a lifelong passion of mine. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey—I’m excited for what the future holds and the relationships we will continue to build in the years ahead. Catches: Left ｜ Height: 183 cm / Weight: 80 kg

Adorjan merges domestic and international experience: from youth levels with Csíkszereda up to club-level with Steaua, and representing Romania in IIHF U18 / U20 world events.
He has logged significant minutes at club level (dozens of games per season), showing durability and trust from his clubs. Including numerous games played in the ERSTE Liga.
His IIHF U18 stats are eye-catching — 95 % save percentage and a GAA under 1.60 at the international youth level — a strong foundation for a goalie.
Adorjan has been a recent call up for the Romanian Senior National Team. We look forward to future success for Adorjan.

Nandor has played in 3 IIHF World Championships both at the U18 and U20 level. With a .941 saves % in his most recent U20 World Champs. He also played junior hockey in Hungary. 21 year old goalie with a huge upside. We are excited to see Nandor rise through the professional ranks.

We would like to congratulate Boris Kofman on officially committing to playing professional hockey in Europe. Kofman has signed with Manglerud of Norway’s Division 2 league for the upcoming season, marking the beginning of his pro career. It’s no easy task coming back from a gruesome injury Kofman suffered late last season. His passion and determination to the game has brought him where he is now. We wish him all the best in Norway 🇳🇴
