At Body Form this year we have taken part in many fundraising initiatives. One of our biggest goals this year was to get more involved within our community.

4 different fundraising initiatives took place at Body Form in support of our local community.

First, we started off the year teaming up with St. Marks United Church in Scarborough. We have been collected and donating to their food drive since Easter of this year. To date we have donated nearly 1000 pounds of food to them! Probably over 1000 pounds by the end of the month.

Second, we jumped into the Bike For Brain Health 75km ride on the DVP. I rode the full 75km and raised over $5100.00 by time the event was wrapped up. Through some amazing clientele, friends and family I reached the goal I had originally set out of $2000.00.
This wanted me to do more!

Third, I signed up for Movember. This is an organization that raises money to help men’s mental health, prostate and testicular cancer research. As my father was diagnosed in June of this year with prostate cancer this one really hit home. In the month of November - Body Form, my brother Adam and myself collected over $3300.00 in donations for this great cause. With an original goal of $1000.00 I was very pleased to blast through yet another fundraising goal.

Fourth, but not last. Body Form teamed up with the Toronto Fire Fighters for their annual toy drive.
We set out a lofty goal of filling two of their gigantic boxes. Officially today, we have filled those boxes.
The children will be ecstatic. The clientele of Body Form, friends of Body Form and family of Body Form have done amazing with their selfless donations. There is easily hundreds of gifts. They range for every age and every different personality type.

Seeing how my clientele have reacted to all these great initiatives makes my heart warm. This has prompted us to continue these types of fundraising initiatives.

Body Form has a great community surrounding it.
It’s a great space to be able to grow as a trainer and as an individual.
I am very proud of the community we have built.

Greetings-

As the holiday season approaches, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to you, our valued clients and friends, for your continued support. Thanks to your generosity and community spirit, our ongoing Food Drive for St. Marks Church has been a wonderful success. Together, we have helped make a real difference for families in need this year.

Building on that success, we are excited to announce our next community initiative for the holiday season. A CHRISTMAS TOY DRIVE. We have teamed up with the Toronto Fire Fighters and offering a toy drive to our clientele, friends, family, and guests for those in need this holiday season. We invite you to help spread a little bit of extra joy this holiday season by donating a new, unwrapped toy for a child in need.

For current clients, we welcome you to drop off your donations during your upcoming sessions. For past clients, we would love to see you again even for a short visit. Please feel free to stop by, say hello, check out our new space at 111 Grangeway Avenue in unit #403 and join us in sharing the holiday spirit!

Team Body Form took on the Tough Mudder in September!
It was a first for us at Body Form.
These ladies worked really hard to meet their goals set out almost a year in advance! They even conquered some of their biggest fears!
Everybody stepped it up mentally and physically for this event.
They all enjoyed it so much that they have already signed up for next year!
I’m glad I’ve gotten to be apart of all your fitness journeys so far and into the future we go!!
