Client Spotlight

Shortly after welcoming her second child, Dede joined while running her own business and juggling mom life. In just a few months, she lost 15 lbs, and more importantly, Dede’s kept it off for over 2 years.

So how did she do it?

Patricia initially did our nutrition focused program back in the Summer and lost 20lbs. She recently rejoined our community to focus on strength training to compliment her nutrition.

Long work hours and eating on the go slowly caught up with her, and over the years she gained a significant amount of weight. Like many busy women, she felt overwhelmed and stuck.

Happy 1 year transformation anniversary

Mark a nurse practitioner and entrepreneur joined our program on his birthday last year and we are happy to see him maintaining his amazing progress of 25+lbs lost. We asked him to share his thoughts and here is what he had to say:

“It’s been a year since I finished the program, and I’ve continued using my own versions of Summit along with all the tools taught me. This isn’t a diet or a phase, it’s my lifestyle now. Once you stay consistent and truly understand what to do, it becomes easier and far less stressful.

Of course, there have been challenges. A bit of stress related weight gain here and there has happened, but having a solid foundation to fall back on makes getting “back on track” feel like riding a bike. I’ve maintained my weight for over a year now, whereas in the past it would have likely crept back on after a fad diet.

There’s no doubt I owe this to the Mighty Transformation program and, most importantly, to having the knowledge and confidence to do it myself.

Congrats to my client from Australia 🇦🇺 who is down 10lbs so far and tons of inches lost everywhere.

She is of Filipino descent but still eats lots of rice. Many people have the misconception you can’t eat carbs and lose weight. Total BS. 🐮💩

The key has been teaching her to eat in the right portions for her body.

She has learned how to eat to stay full, including a consistent breakfast high in protein, and also complementing most of her meals with nutrient dense options like fruits and veggies.

Her journey has not been linear, but because she trusts the process and she’s very consistent, she is on a trajectory that is leading to predictable success.

She focused on the most important thing on a weight loss journey which is learning how to eat for her body and creating healthy habits.

Once she mastered her eating, she added simple activity like walking. No crazy workouts or extreme cardio.

Furthermore, with the positive results she was experiencing on , Jannah eliminated other toxic habits like va**ng.

Once she proved to herself that she could take control of her food and habits, she was able to start taking control of other areas in her life as well.

That’s a positive ripple effect!
