Twas the night before draft day and all through the hood, not a moron was ready, because none of you are good.
The rankings were chosen by the nitwits with care,
In hopes that a championship soon would be there’s;
The draft picks were nestled all snug on their lists,
While visions of receivers danced in the midst;
And Malandra in his 'kerchief, and Tyler in his cap,
Had just settled their teams for a long winter's nap;
When out on the boards there arose such a clatter,
Murray sprang from his 'jerk' station to see what was the matter.
Away to the TV he flew like like a fairy,
Fumbled the remote and threw on Mathew Berry.
Alas his order was all out of whack,
With a sad realization that he could never talk smack.
When what to his wondering eyes did appear,
But a miniature Mark Coffman and ten drunks with beer.
With a creepy Uber driver so lively and quick,
he knew at that moment he must be a dick.
More rapid than Eagles his Broncos they came,
And he whistled, and slurred, and called them by name:
"Now, Nunley! now, Leines! now Bucher and Ziskin!
On, Lounis! on, Andrews! on, Burchy... uggh who am I missin'?
From under the table! to the top of the wall!
Now draft away! draft away! draft away all!"
