7 days. 3 fights. What a inspiring young man. Last Saturday Miroslov fought dominating his opponent moving on to the national championship match where he would fall short by about 30 seconds or so where his opponent snagged a decision in the last minute of the last round.
Disappointed he had 5 days to recover and set his mind right before entering the ring against an old foe who had a win over him early on in his journey. We talked about adjustments and he came out having his cleanest most composed fight to date. Focus and ex*****on led to a very amazing victory and capped of a huge competition month.

Time for some rest. Time to re tool. Time to enjoy. Then we get back to work when the time is right.

The entire academy is so proud of you Miroslov. Your a hard worker. You dedicate yourself and you show heart skill and determination. What a champ 🏆

What a long weekend. Both for our athletes and coaches.
We had numerous compete at the ontario Open jiujitsu tournament and 3 athletes compete at the national kickboxing championship.
Congratulations to we did not get the result we wanted but your are an amazing athelte and young man we have no doubt the next one is yours .
was seconds away from capturing his second national title but loat a very close fight to a game competition in the finals. So young and talented losses are just learning at this stage.
Big congratulations to who had 2 amazing fight capturing the national title. He showed poise and technique in both bouts finishing his first by tko and winning the title with a unanimous nod!
So proud of this kid. Hardest worker in the room. Takes it all seriously. Im the gym when the gyms closed. Star in the making. He was back on the mats yesterday the day after training jiujitsu. Thats the kind of champ he is.

Attention Flock parents! Saturday June 20th our in house tournament is back!
This fun filled morning is ment to build team comrade through healthy competition. Students will be matched up according to skill and weight and it gives them the opportunity to compete in a stress free environment amongst thier peers. Excellent for first time competitors or seasoned kids.
Each child will receive a medal and prizes will be given out for the top performances!
Please sign your child up at the front and send etransfer or cash.

Ryan Grant is a well-known boxing coach based in Toronto (North York) and the head boxing coach at Grant MMA & Boxing Gym.

Background & Experience
Has 30+ years of boxing experience (both fighting and coaching)

Owner of Grant MMA & Boxing Gym
Previously coached and developed fighters in Montreal (Ring 83 & Grant Brothers Boxing) before moving to Toronto

Has worked with pro boxers, MMA fighters, and even UFC-level athletes
He has coached professor Ashton for many years as well as top Canadian pro boxers and may top Canadian UFC athletes.
