Lately, I’ve been feeling a lot lighter and more flexible, both in my body and my movement. A few of my friends and students have noticed too, and honestly, I think this simple addition to my routine has something to do with it.
As someone who guides others through movement and stillness, I need to feel light and free in my own body. Not just during yoga, but throughout the day. Living here in Canada, especially in Toronto where the seasons shift so much, I try to stay connected to nature and keep my body in balance. This hydrogen water has quietly become part of my routine, and I can feel the difference. My body moves more smoothly, especially in the mornings, and I do not feel that same tightness after long classes or outdoor sessions.
I spend a lot of time practicing and teaching yoga outside when the weather allows, by the lake, in the forest, even just barefoot in the park. I have always been drawn to natural and healthy things, and this water fits perfectly into that lifestyle. It is just water, nothing added, and that is exactly what I was looking for.
Hydrogen water is regular water with extra hydrogen gas added. Some of my trainers have been using it and they didn’t catch the flu this season, which is rare with the colder months here in Canada. They say it helps with recovery, boosts energy, and supports joint comfort. I was curious, so I gave it a try, and now it has gently become part of my daily rhythm.
I even got one for my grandmother. She’s been dealing with arthritis for a long time, and after just a couple of weeks, she told me her joints felt way less stiff, and she was so excited to go on longer walks and spend hours in her garden again! Honestly, hearing her say that made my heart explode. She’s been so much more active, and it just warms me to see her feeling this much better.
I paid 569 for mine, but I just saw that it’s on sale. If you’re looking for something simple and natural to support your body, especially if you like staying active like me, this might be worth trying!
