National Yacht Club Sailing & Racing School A FUN and AFFORDABLE Sail Canada accredited summer camp that offers introductory sailing and advanced racing programs for ages seven and up.

The National Yacht Club Sailing & Racing School is a fun and affordable CANSail accredited sailing school that offers introductory to advanced racing programs for ages seven and up. Our CANSail certified instructors introduce kids to dinghy sailing fundamentals through games, interactive lessons and of course getting out on the water! Our learn to sail curriculum covers CANSail levels 1 through 6,

as well as the new introductory I CAN Sail level. For advanced level sailors we have a competitive race program that travels to regattas around the province. Participants sail on our fleet of Club owned Optimist and 420 dinghies. On-water sessions are taught in small groups to ensure quality instruction and safety. Off the water activities include exploring the Toronto Island beaches and neighbouring parks, exciting sailing games, instructional sailing theory and much more! With our convenient downtown Toronto location National Yacht Club is easily accessibleCANSail 1&2 by both car and public transportation. Mission:

Since the National Yacht Club Sailing & Racing School's inception in 1955 its aim has been to produce top notch sailors through quality instruction and enjoyment of the sport. NYC S&RS alumni have gone on to compete as members of the provincial and national teams and at the Olympics.
