Hoops & Kisses HOOP DANCE! Hula hooping cardio fitness with a side serving of sass! This dance floor & burlesque inspired class will leave you smiling! I promise! Yes you can!

4 week session for hoop dance will begin Feb 4th-25th
$70
We'll get our cardio on then trick it out and then we flow into dance! Don't worry you can keep it up! XO
ps don't come unless you are prepared to have fun! This ain't no treadmill work out! This is hoop and dance class baby!
