We train dancers of all levels beginner through advanced and teach skills ranging from basic handstands and walkovers to aerials, handsprings and flips – all of which are collectively known to us as DANCE TRIX. The Fit for Life Group was founded in 2005 as the umbrella company for its two programs: KinderBounce Gymnastics and Dance Trix. The Fit for Life Group offers quality fitness programs for children that emphasize not only the physical development of children, but also strives to stimulate their social, mental, and disciplinary development.
