A good 🥳day in the office 🏃🏻💨💨💨for Charlie! 1st 🥇 place overall @ the Canadian 10K, in 36:08 🤩🙌👏🫶🎯🎈🎉. The race starts and finishes inside Terry Fox Stadium 🏟️ 2 x 5K loops 🔁 including doubling back inside the stadium 🏟️. A sprint, Olympic, half Ironman triathlon and 5K are also a part of this event.

Flashbacks of 2023 Athletics Canada 🇨🇦 Canadian Masters XC Championships! This hill behind Charlie is part of the 4 x 2K loop 🔁 race course. It doesn’t look 👀 very steep from this vantage point but trust me! It is ⛰️!!

Another good day in the office for Charlie 🥈He placed 2nd Master @ the Constantine Yorkville 5K, this morning, in 16:57. Congratulations 🥳 to his client, Dan Ambrosini who placed 1st 🥇 in his AG (M50-54) in 19:26 ~ a new PB too! 🙌 Woo Hoo!! Hats 🎩 off to our running friend and former teammate, Bosona Leta who placed 12th overall in 15:35 AG (8th M25-29). Fast 💨 wheels 🛞🛞!! Photos 📸by Dan Ambrosini 😎
