🔹 Quick Airborne Split
🔹 180° Twirl with Bent Knee Vertical

The challenge is not only completing each position, but connecting every transition with speed, height, and stability.

• Two Fouetté Rotations (180° + 180°)
• Transition to Vertical
• Continuous Spin (720°)

From behind the scenes to poolside, they experienced world-class artistic swimming up close, witnessed the dedication of elite athletes, and gained valuable knowledge and inspiration along the way.
