TDA is very excited to offer our new Gymnast-to-Diver program coached by Russian/Canadian Jr national medal winning Gymnast turned Diver Liza Vorobeva (who just placed 4th at her first Canadian Jr Elite Nationals this summer)

This program is for recently retired competitive gymnasts or competing gymnasts who know they are in their final season. The program is on Saturday mornings from 9:30-12. Athletes will be able to take this class for up to 1 season before being offered a spot on one of our competitive teams or being referred to another diving club in the GTA

While gymnasts of lower levels may be considered, we are primarily looking at the following ages & levels:

Age 9-11: level 4+
Age 12/13: level 6+
Age 14/15: level 8+
Age 16+: level 9+
