Lift With Bonbon I started my fitness journey 20 years ago after I was in remission for cancer.

Since then, I have wanted to be certified in personal training for my own knowledge. Eventually, I became passionate about wanting to share that knowledge with cancer survivors, new mothers, menopausal women and the general population who wants to age well and live their best lives.

Stretch, of course!! The Figure Four stretch is really loosening my hips and glutes.
