Redefine Fit Redefine Fit is a Fitness & Wellness Studio situated in the heart of Danforth Avenue in downtown Toronto. We specialize in Pole Fitness and much more!

We specialize in looking at fitness and wellness holistically; and strive to “redefine” what various forms of fitness means to us. We have an in-house Certified Nutrition Practioner (CNP) who will be featured weekly on our website through the blog for “Wellness Wednesdays”. She will also be available for consultation in the near future at the studio. We have fun and exciting plans to incorporate m

ore wellness components to ensure you have the most well-rounded experience. Here at Redefine Fit, we specialize in pole dancing/fitness for everyone at all levels. So whether you’re brand new to fitness or a fitness enthusiast we have trained, and quality instructors to meet you at every level of your progress. In addition, we also offer choreography, and flexibility classes with more exciting classes to be added to our repertoire Spring of 2016 – so keep an eye out!! Did we mention we also do parties? We love celebrations and celebrating! Our parties are one of a kind in Toronto! From balloon flowers, party favours to professional quality photos you choose the package you want and we do the rest! We’re so excited to share that is coming for an exciting workshop!!!

A sensual and cool workshop combining chair dance and pole flow into one choreography. We’ll learn 2 beginner/intermediate-friendly tricks integrated smoothly into the routine, focusing on fluid transitions, confidence, musicality, and performance energy. Perfect for students who want to explore exotic movement, heels technique, chair tricks and creative expression while building strength and flow.

Pole Straps is a unique and dynamic way to explore movement on the pole through suspension, fluidity and controlled momentum.

This workshop is the opportunity for you to feel a completely different sensation from traditional pole work — creating the feeling of flying, floating and moving seamlessly through the air.

The workshop focuses on fluid transitions, strength, shoulder engagement, spins, shapes and creative movement combinations while developing body awareness and control in a new way. It’s a playful and challenging experience that blends elements of pole, aerial arts and dynamic movement.
