We’re excited to introduce F45 PEAK500 — the next evolution of standardized athletic performance testing coming March 28.
What is F45 PEAK500?👇🏽
F45 PEAK500 is a 30-minute hybrid performance event designed to test your capacity, output, and mental toughness. Your goal? Score as many points as possible. A perfect score is 500 points — the Peak across all five stations.
The 5 stations:
Station 1: Bike Erg
Station 2: Dumbbell Devils Press + Dumbbell Suitcase Forward Lunges
Station 3: Ski Erg
Station 4: Shuttle Runs + Barbell Thrusters
Station 5: Row Erg
How scoring works:
You can earn up to 100 points per station.
Once you hit 100 points at a station, you stop and record your remaining time in that work set.
If you reach 100 points at all five stations, your combined remaining time will be added to your final score.
How to track your results:
Enter your reps or calories for each station directly in the F45 Training App to log your total score and track your progress over time. We also have printed scorecards available to you in studio too!
PLEASE NOTE:
Since this is the launch of PEAK500, we’ll be launching with an INDIVIDUALS ONLY format. This allows everyone to get a feel for how the event works before we expand to include doubles and mixed doubles in the future.
REGISTRATION:
Sign up as you usually would via the F45 Training App. Time slots are in 30 minute increments with waves of 3 people starting at a time. It is very important that you arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time so you can receive your specific start time and instructions. There are 12 people permitted per 30 minute time slot, with waves beginning every 6 minutes.
How to book:
Members must be on version 4.1.5 or newer of the F45 Training app.
