It involves a burst of high intensity of effort, low force (since we move weights very slowly) strength training exercise. In comparison to conventional modalities, which typically are time consuming, with our training method you will complete your session in 30 minutes at the most. Many of NET’s clients train only once a week following the NET method with excellent results! Our facility is bright and quiet so you could stay focused on your exercise while allowing your busy mind to take a break and de-stress from mental overload (Mindful Strength Training™). We utilize the best bio-mechanical equipment – MedX. MedX stands for medical exercise. MedX allows us to offer you a super productive and safe workout following the NET method principles while also addressing issues such as: bad posture, back or neck pain or rehabbing your rotator cuff injury.
