Week 2 is done, and the momentum didn’t dip, it compounded!☀️🔥

Here’s your Week 2 recap:

3.20 classes per challenger
55 challengers hit 4+ classes
Nearly 94 percent showed up at least once

Week two is usually where challenges lose steam, but we went the other way. More visits than Week 1, more of you stacking four-plus classes, and the 7 people who missed the first week got started this week.

Two weeks in, 73 of you are averaging four or more classes a week. And our Pro tier has now gone a perfect 38 for 38 (no one has skipped a week!), two weeks running.

Not perfection, not maxing out. Just showing up and stacking sessions, week after week.

Leaderboards are still tight across Pro, Regular and Limited, and there’s a long way to go. Complete the Challenge at your chosen level to earn a custom Parkdale swag, entry into our end-of-challenge raffle and, of course, bragging rights.

Well, F45 Parkdale crew, you really showed up today.

And you made July 21, 2026 our biggest day ever.

We checked in 198 participants across 9 class times today. The washing machine might be putting in notice because it did not get a break all day!

Thanks to our amazing Coaches for running 5⭐️ sessions all day long and keeping the studio humming along so smoothly - they make it look easy but that’s only because they’re so good.

We can’t wait to see how long this record lasts before we beat it. See you next Tuesday?!

Week 1 of the F45 Parkdale Summer Challenge is in the books, and this crew came out swinging ☀️🔥

Here’s your Week 1 recap:

Our Pro tier went a perfect 38 for 38, and 22 challengers have already stacked 5 or more classes.

That being said, most Challengers landed in the 3 to 4 class range, and that’s exactly the point. Being consistent IS winning. Just showing up, stacking sessions, and building rhythm when summer gives you every excuse not to.
