💪 BJJ-Specific Workout Tomorrow 🥋

We’re excited to have our very own member running a free workout for Leslieville Jiu Jitsu tomorrow at 1pm. (Sunday September 28)

Faryan is a personal trainer with experience training clients in respected facilities, including Coach MP’s elite Apex Training Centre. He’s always continuing his education, blending practical fitness knowledge with his passion for Jiu Jitsu.

On the mats, he’s one of the strongest and most flexible members of our community—and now he’s sharing what helps him perform at his best.

Starting Monday, September 29th, we’ll be running a trial of 5 morning gi classes every Monday at 7am through October 27th.

We’re confident these classes will be here to stay as we build a strong, flourishing morning community together. If this picks up steam, there is nothing stopping us from adding even more early morning classes to the schedule.
