Are you an emotional or stress eater? Surprisingly YES
they are different.

10 Major Types of Eaters

1. The Stress Eater eats to relieve/avoid uncomfortable
feelings and stress. Complimentary stress seminar this week:

2. The Emotional Eater eats to escape strong emotional
intensity of any kind - fear, happiness, sadness, or
anger.

3. The Compulsive Eater eats and thinks compulsively
about food despite knowing it's the wrong food for them at
the wrong time.

4. The Grazer snacks throughout the day, easily under
underestimating the total calories consumed

5. The Feast-or-Famine Eater fasts all day and eats
everything in sight in the evening.

6. The Frugal Eater does not want to waste any food and
cleans their plate, overeating in the process.

7. The Stealth Eater cleverly hides cookies, treats, and
packaging so others will not see the food consumed.

8. The Social Eater eats whatever unhealthy food other
people are eating or serving in social settings because
they are afraid of being rude or too different.

9. The Unconscious Eater eats while doing other things,
like watching TV or reading.

10. The Conscious Eater listens to their body's cues and
uses food for fuel, not to change the way they feel. They
are flexible with food choices using our Metta Plate and
uses our Hunger Awareness Scale both of which we teach in
our program and our complimentary seminars.
