Come to an Oxygen Yoga & Fitness class with Shelby 🏋🏻‍♀️✨

Between the heat, the exercises, and trying to keep up with the instructor, it definitely pushed her out of her comfort zone. There were moments where she wanted to give up… but the energy in the room and the vibe of the class made it so much fun and easier for her to push through ✨

One thing about Shelby is that she loves a workout that challenges her and makes her feel accomplished afterwards 💙🔥
