It's never too late to start. Just ask Dalen and Sam.

Dalen and Sam both started in our Adult Karate program at BBI Downsview as total beginners — two dads whose kids already train here, who decided it was their turn too. Last Thursday at grading, they earned their orange belts.

Adults train here too, and plenty of them started exactly where you are.
