Please do NOT do this exercise day to day and esp if you develop lower back pain or injury following your tennis match or practice session
This is one of the worst movements to perform when in the gym and moreso following injury or as part of your pre-hit warm up.

Everything. is what this used to be called and I took several courses at U of T about how people learn, remove bad habits (or glitches in tennis strokes) & make new neural connections, called Lisa Tooley and I use this approach when teaching our students how to play; how to learn a new skill; how to enhance their game.
