2. Walk 10,000+ steps every single day.
Fast fat loss doesn’t need fancy workouts. Consistency beats intensity. Daily movement changes everything.
3. Eat protein first at every meal.
Protein keeps you full, protects muscle, and helps stop late-night cravings. Build every meal around it.

10 lbs doesn’t come from motivation.
