More sleds = more para hockey opportunities 🙌

We are seeking sponsors to purchase more sleds & para hockey sticks to be able to offer more opportunities for people to try the sport.

With more equipment, Sledge Pride can collaborate with more events across North America.

We are looking for 1-2 volunteers that are knowledgeable about para hockey.

Saturday, May 30th Sledge Pride will be running an activation at the Toronto Pride Hockey Tournament 🏒

This is an off ice activity and will require knowing how to adjust a beginner sled for participants and able to answer para hockey questions.

We're in our 3rd year of Sledge Pride being part of local and national events.

Now we are debuting new, fresh jerseys! Our legacy jerseys were incredible and have been claimed by fans all around the world. We even have a jersey in the UK!

This year we went to the west coast to BC and our next stop is the Q***r Hockey Hamilton Spring Fling.

We will have a booth there this weekend so come say hi!

Sledge Pride legacy jerseys are up for grabs!

We will be revealing our new jerseys soon and we are giving our fans and community a chance to own one of the first jerseys that started Sledge Pride 🌈 🏒

What we have available are jerseys in sizes small, medium, large, and goalie.

How much? We are selling them at cost ($150) as Sledge Pride will always continue to be a non-profit and funds will always go right back into providing more events and opportunities.

Shoot us a DM if you are interested OR we will be at this weekend's London Blizzard para hockey tournament Jan 16-18 at the Westeen Fair arena. Claire Buchanan, our co-founder will have jerseys on hand!

Flash back to our favorite way to kick off Pride Month!

It was all smiles and a bit of humbling at this year's Toronto Pride Hockey Tournament 🏒

This year we partnered with ParaSport Ontario to give participants the opportunity to try sledge hockey for the first time!

We were able to have conversations around stigma surrounding disability and how we can collectively make hockey more accessible.

We can't wait for next year!

Get in a sled and join us on the ice! Whether you have tried it before or have never played sledge hockey, this event is open to everyone!

We are partnering with Para Sport Ontario to give participants at the Toronto Pride Hockey Tournament the opportunity to try sledge hockey. Last year, we heard your feedback of wanting more opportunities to get on the ice. What to expect:

🏒 First come, first serve to get in a sled. Those who already registered previously will have a spot reserved. 15 sleds will be available.

🏒Sleds and sticks provided

🏒 Wear your own protective gear: helmet, gloves, shoulder pads, shin guards. Hockey pants not required.

🏒 Meet us at Rink 1 at NOON on May 31st to get fitted for a sled.

🏒 Sledge hockey foundations will be demonstrated, then WE PLAY!

We are so excited about the event. 15 sleds will be provided for the event. Come say hi at our table throughout the day.

TORONTO!!!!

We are still buzzing from our event in Calgary and riding that wave right into the Toronto Pride Hockey Tournament in May!

Last year, we debuted Sledge Pride at this tournament with our first ever exhibition game, and WE ARE BACK!

We will be connecting with local para hockey sled providers to ensure that if you're new to sledge hockey that you can participate. Must have your own protective equipment including:

🌟 Helmet with full cage
🌟Shoulder & chest protector
🌟Gloves
🌟Shin pads
