Xing’s dance and strength training classes help individuals to articulate the connection between all types of movement from classical to the most contem

porary styles. Over the years, Xing has developed a specialized and comprehensive dance fitness class to educate individuals regarding their bodies and the care required to lead and sustain a healthy and fit lifestyle. Xing offers drop in classes to allow for a more flexible option for individuals who have unpredictable schedules. You don't need to pre register, call ahead, or pre pay for these classes.
