Having an unstructured lifestyle makes almost any diet worthless because it becomes too hard to follow.
But you shouldn't have to follow a diet in the first place.
Here are some takeaways that my clients use to lose over 20lbs while having busy schedules:
✅ Prioritize Protein – Protein takes the longest time for your body to digest so it will keep you full for longer.
✅ Stop Overthinking Meals - Every meal should be simple to make and simple to eat. Have one main source of protein and a good balance of carbs and fats
✅ Don't throw out junk food - curbing your cravings never lasts. Instead, leave some calories for your favourite snacks every day.
