The seminar will be focusing on:
✔️ Positions before load
✔️ Speed under the bar
✔️ Building confidence with a barbell
✔️ Lifting with consistency under pressure

Spots are limited! Link in bio to sign up! Join us for our friendly in-house weightlifting comp, great for new lifters to dip their toes into the sport of weightlifting.

We’re bringing back our annual lifting competition on May 30th. Lifters will make 3 attempts on both their Sn**ch and Clean & Jerk lifts throughout the day, ranking against other lifters using the Sinclair formula so that separate weight classes aren’t needed.
