Sept 5, 2024 💒

We use the word “thuong” more than we use any other word. In every conversation there’s just lots of thuonging.

There isn’t a perfect English translation for it. It means love but it’s much deeper than that. It’s caring, it’s the small daily actions, appreciating, missing someone when they’re gone, showing up for them and wanting the best for them in everything.

Over the last two years, I’ve been lucky enough to experience that kind of love every day with her.

We’re both grateful for the friends and family who have been part of our lives since. The people who showed up, supported us, celebrated with us, and continue to be part of our lives. We wouldn’t be where we are without you.

We’ve done so many exciting things together and we have so many more exciting things planned.

Two years down, forever to go. ❤️

“It was already on there.”
“I didn’t add that. I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
“You still lifted it, didn’t you?”

These are all sentences that are spoken daily. 😎

As a Personal Trainer my job is to motivate, to hold you accountable and to push you further than you would push yourself.

And sometimes that means adding more weight to a machine when your back is turned 💁🏼

Season two is about sisy squats

Do as the Vietnamese do 🇻🇳

One thing I love about Vietnam and Asia in general, is how deeply fitness is tied into everyday life.

You’ll find outdoor training parks packed with people early in the morning and again in the evening. This heat is no joke! People of all ages come together to move, exercise, and connect.

It’s more than just fitness. It’s community.

Seeing people of all ages staying active, strong, and independent is a reminder of what training is really about. Not just looking better today, but building a body that serves you for decades to come.

That’s the goal behind everything I do. Longevity. Train now so you can keep doing the things you love later.

Stronger starts today.

Whether it’s your first day in the gym or your 1,000th, the right environment can make all the difference.

Team Training is about more than just workouts. It’s accountability on the days motivation is low. It’s a community that supports you through every challenge. And it’s having a plan of action that keeps you moving forward instead of guessing what to do next.

No matter where you’re starting from, progress happens when you show up consistently, follow a proven plan, and surround yourself with people who want to see you succeed.

That’s what Team Training is all about.

It feels like forever ago that my accident happened, but it’s something I still deal with every single day.

I can’t do everything I want to do yet. I still have pain. Some days are harder than others. Most people don’t see that struggle because I don’t wear it on my face.

The reality is that we all fight battles that nobody else can see. At some point, though, we have to face them if we want to move forward.

🔑 Progress isn’t always fast. Sometimes it’s frustratingly slow. But slow growth is still growth.

I still have a long way to go in my recovery, but I know every step, every workout, and every small win is worth it.

The next opponent isn’t the injury anymore.

It’s me.

Erynn works HARD

Two of the things I always focus on in training are EX*****ON and INTENSITY.

It takes time to align the two, but this is secret sauce for gaining strength and muscle gains.

My goal as a Personal Trainer is to find the balance of both. Where ex*****on is always tested but never crossed by the intensity.

Erynn has that LOCKED IN 🔒

If you are struggling to make progress with your training, let’s chat.

I want to help you become the strongest version of yourself. Stop wasting time and let’s get to training.

As a personal trainer, I’m always telling my clients that feeling your best and looking your best go hand in hand.

Training hard in the gym to build strength, support bone density, and improve overall health is one part of it, but taking care of yourself outside of the gym matters too.

Had a chance to check out the Dove Men+Care activation and get cleaned up by the talented .

I just got my hair dyed, so keeping it trimmed and maintained is important to keep it healthy, while keeping my hair looking and feeling its best is just as important.

Big fan of seeing Dove Men+Care expand their hair + body line because recovery, grooming, and confidence all play a role in showing up as your best self, in and out of the weight room.
