It was another BIG weekend of racing for our community that included one of our LOCAL favorites: the TORONTO MARATHON! 🏠💙

VIKTORIIA ✨
Not only ACHIEVED a PERSONAL BEST, but reached an incredible milestone on her journey to her first Ironman 70.3. She credits Coach Irina: “Her knowledge and experience have helped me a lot in achieving this result.”

LIZ 🏙️
Fulfilled a lifelong DREAM of running the streets of the city she loves. Her takeaway? If you DREAM BIG and put the work in, ANYTHING is possible.

HUGO 🤝
“I really appreciate the support from the Team Atomica family, particularly coaches Irina and Ayesha.”

RODRIGO 🏔️
Took on the rolling hills of the VANCOUVER MARATHON. When his PB felt out of reach, he shifted focus and “decided to enjoy the views”... and still finished with an IMPRESSIVE 1:26 half-marathon—a true testament to STRENGTH and perspective.

COACH STEPHEN 🏆
Took full advantage of the flat and fast terrain at the scenic Georgina Spring Fling to cap off the weekend with a well-earned PODIUM FINISH!

RECENT MILESTONES 🗓️
We also want to shout out these incredible performances from earlier this spring:

ALICE 🌊
Conquered the SWIM MIAMI 10K in April! “I DID IT! That is without a doubt the most difficult physical challenge I have taken on and I feel so proud and so thankful for Team Atomica coaching and support.”

COACH RICARDO 🚴
Proving what “surviving by riding” looks like post-surgery! Ricardo recently completed both Ironman 70.3 Curitiba and the Paris to Ancaster Classic—even in the legendary P2A MUD! (see photo)

Whether it was a PB, a dream realized, or a hard-fought recovery race, we are so PROUD of this team.

Special congratulations to all of the Team Atomica athletes who crossed the finish line at the HISTORIC 2026 LONDON MARATHON last weekend!🇬🇧✨

Not only did these four friends and teammates conquer the course together, they officially became part of history as London broke the Guinness World Record for the LARGEST MARATHON EVER with over 59,000 finishers!

From Carolyn celebrating her 4th WORLD MAJOR star and the growth found in every kilometer, to Shauna utilizing cross-training in the pool to overcome a hamstring injury, these runners showed incredible resilience. Carol honored her UK roots with an all-British playlist and an ICONIC RUN over Tower Bridge, while Madalyn pushed through tough digestive hurdles to finish strong, proving that the best part of any race is the COMMUNITY you travel with.

We are so proud of your grit, your stars, and your “World Record” finishes! 🏅🏠🏃‍♀️

🏃‍♂️ BOSTON STRONG 🏃‍♂️

While running the Boston Marathon is a lifelong dream for some, today we’re celebrating two veterans who absolutely crushed it this past weekend! 💙💛

MATT 🔥
16 years later, he returned to Boston with unfinished business. The result? CRUSHED his previous time by 20 MINUTES and broke the 3-HOUR BARRIER.
“Coach Lucien coached me to success on this one.” ✨

PAUL H 🏆
Running Boston for the 16th time, Paul claimed 3rd in his age group—his 5th podium finish in 6 years. He credits the tailwind and electric crowd energy, but we know the truth: THIS IS WHAT DEDICATION LOOKS LIKE.

Two runners. Two incredible performances. One legendary race. 👏

What a team! 🏊‍♂️💙

Team Atomica veterans and rookies united at the Forsey Invitational swim meet in March and the 2026 Ontario Masters Provincials this past weekend in Etobicoke. Families cheered loud at both events, and teammates have embraced a new mantra: “THE FASTER YOU GO, THE SOONER IT’S OVER” 😂 (Thanks, Rena!)

From first-timers in decades to seasoned pros... from 50m sprints to grueling 1500m swims... our Masters swimmers brought the HEAT every race and everyone left it ALL in the pool. 🔥

The on-deck energy? UNMATCHED.
The effort? 110%.
The fun? ABSOLUTELY EPIC.

So... who’s ready for next year? 🙋‍♀️

⭐4 NEW SWIM CLINICS ⭐

Whether you are a competitive triathlete, experienced Masters or an avid recreational swimmer, there are NUMEROUS BENEFITS to learning and swimming non-free strokes including:

🔹Injury Prevention from high-volume front crawl training
🔹Improved Technique & Power
🔹Active Recovery & Less Monotony by allowing your muscles to move in different ways in the water
🔹Better Overall Aquatic Fitness

FREESTYLE BREATHING CLINIC
If you feel gassed after 50 meters or struggle to find a rhythm in open water, you aren’t just fighting the water – you are fighting your own CO2 triggers. While most swim clinics focus on what your arms and legs are doing, this intensive will focus on the internal mechanics that allow those systems to keep moving.

With this advanced respiratory training, you will replace “gasping” with “gliding” and exit the water with a lower heart rate and more energy.

You would have to be a grinch not to GRIN 😄 your way through the

There is no other race where you’ll spot runners tearing by in ugly sweaters, candy-cane tights, Santa beards, jingle bells, and FULL HOLIDAY SPIRIT

This one felt like a true Team Atomica Family CELEBRATION. Athletes, kids, nieces, nephews, alumni, coaches and dogs all showed up in FESTIVE FORCE charging across Bloor and down Avenue toward the best gift of all: the finish line of a FAST & MERRY 5K

’s Fall Marathon Season Recap

From MONTREAL to BERLIN, CORNING to MUSKOKA, CHICAGO to TORONTO, and all the way to NYC for the World Champs, our runners took Team Atomica colours around the world this fall. Hotter-than-norm temperatures, long travel days, chaotic aid stations, and classic runner’s gut couldn’t stop the GRIT this team is known for. Every finish — and even a tough call not to start — was powered by family, friends, teammates, coaches, and some of the loudest crowds on Earth

MONTREAL Sept 21
⭐ Dan Y ran his first marathon ever — pure joy, pure fun, and a huge personal moment

BERLIN Sept 21
⭐ Stephanie M faced record heat (22°C rising to 28°C), slippery plastic cups, and chaotic water stations. No PR, but full grit. “I finished on my feet and in good spirits.”

WINEGLASS, CORNING, NY – Oct 5
⭐ Miguel R enjoyed a fast, scenic course with family cheers. “We had a great time and memories.” The photos with his kids say it all

MUSKOKA – Oct 5
⭐ Paul H raced through rising temps, finishing with a smile alongside longtime friend Glen

CHICAGO – Oct 11
⭐ Kin C had a strong world-major outing ⭐ Carolyn G capped a bounce-back season with a 3:20 PB ⭐ Dave L ran his first major: “Crowd support was amazing… I gave it everything I had.”

TORONTO WATERFRONT – Oct 18
⭐ Safia F completed her first full marathon — a defining moment in every runner’s career ⭐ Tasha Y pushed through stomach issues for a huge PR ⭐ Jonathan E broke 20 minutes in the 5K with a 19:53

NY CITY WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS – Nov 2
⭐ Paul H made the smart call not to start due to illness — health first ⭐ Stephanie D celebrated finish-line magic with her sister: “So much fun running with her, and I loved working with Team Atomica and Coach Lucien.”

Across every city and distance, one theme stood out: STRENGTH IN COMMUNITY. When the temperatures rose, when fatigue set in, when injuries lingered and when the day didn’t go as planned — this team showed up with POSITIVITY and PURPOSE

To our athletes, families, coaches, and supporters: thank you. Your cheers carried EVERY STRIDE and made this fall unforgettable ❤️
