Some moments remind you why you started. Yesterday was one of them. 💜
Being part of the coaching team for the City Shred warm-up was an incredible privilege. Looking out and seeing our city come together to move, encourage one another, and prioritize their health was something we’ll never forget.
As part of the experience, Coaches Clinton and Ryan introduced Unity’s new Fire & Ice warm-up.
🧊 Coach Clinton focused on preparing the body through dynamic joint mobility, creating better movement and helping every participant feel ready for what was ahead.
🔥 Coach Ryan followed by raising the energy with a full-body activation and a reminder that every workout starts with a decision. Before your body moves, your mind has to commit.
What made the day special wasn’t the stage or the crowd.
It was watching complete strangers cheer each other on, push through together, and prove that fitness has the power to bring people together regardless of age, background, or experience.
A huge thank you to City Shred for creating such an incredible platform, and to all of the coaches, trainers, volunteers, partners, and everyone working behind the scenes who helped make the experience possible. We were honoured to play a small part.
And to everyone who showed up yesterday, thank you for trusting us with part of your journey. Your energy reminded us exactly what commUNITY is all about.
Because when a community moves together, everybody moves forward.
