Work set up 💻⌨️🖥
I don’t love sitting when I do computer work. I start slumping, my head shifts forward and my back tends to get grumpy.
By standing, I can equalize the weight across my feet and hips, work on my posture, get a little pelvic floor activation going and maybe throw some squats in for good measure(😜).
The set up is still not ideal, my head is tilted down but it is much better than if I were sinking into a chair.
Have you tried standing while you work today? Be creative with your workspace and give it a try!
