It’s the little things for us ✨

Our Dupont studio is filled with thoughtful details you may or may not notice. Many of them made their way into our new Midtown studio too — from the boney, to no mirrors, art, Joseph photos and more. We couldn’t imagine creating a space without them.

Fun fact: some of these little touches have been with us for nearly 28 years.

But the most special part of our studios isn’t the space itself. It’s the people who fill it — our community of clients, students and staff ❤️

Why is Pilates the secret weapon for golfers? 🤫

The key to a better golf swing is optimal rotary motion, which comes from balancing the spine and hips for better torque.

With Pilates, golfers can improve posture, build strength and control for powerful swings to hit the ball straighter, harder and farther, and reduce the risk of common golf-related injuries in the low back, elbows and wrists. This is where core, forearm, wrist and shoulder exercises are beneficial.
