I’ve been working to elevate my energy by using ELDOA postures and global fascial stretching in a more intentional way.
These specific 30-60 second positions use isometric contractions to build stability right where my body tends to break down.
At the same time, deep diaphragmatic breathing challenges my vascular capacity and improves circulation and how quicklyI recover.
Over time, my posture is improving, I feel more aligned, more grounded—and that carries into steady energy throughout my day.
It’s a structural change I can actually feel.
