🌅 6:00 PM Session

Take your yoga practice off the mat and onto the water for a fun combination of balance, movement, fresh air, and plenty of laughs.
Members: $35
Non-Members: $50

Boards are provided, so just come ready for an adventure. All levels are welcome — no perfect balance required!

Spots are limited, and our last evening session sold out, so reserve early.

Peace Love & Paddle Boarding with Oxygen Yoga & Fitness for an amazing Sup Yoga Paddle Event.
Full morning and evening classes!!!
So happy and grateful for such an amazing day and night.
Special Thank you to mz._harringchin and OYF Stouffville and all the members who made it out to enjoy this beautiful fun experience.
It has been a long dream in the making and to see it finally come to fruition has touched my heart in so many ways. The opportunity to be apart of such a supportive, caring and loving community has only enriched me personally but my business as well. You all did amazing and only hope to have the opportunity to do it again!!!
