For the past two-plus years, we've been running our strength training club for teens at BOMB Danforth.

This program is designed to provide a safe and supportive environment where your teens can build strength, boost self-esteem, and foster lasting friendships. It will also be a great strength training addition to any sport that they are involved in.

When: Fridays @ 6:15PM beginning February 27th for 4 sessions (no session for March Break)
Where: Danforth Main Gym @ 1480 Danforth Ave
