My team and I spent time yesterday looking into 2025, so we can get our 6FC and 7FM students prepared for an incredible year.
But the conversation wasn’t all rainbows and roses…
…so I want to give you a quick “heads up” on what you need to look out for starting NEXT week if you want 2025 to be massively profitable.
FACT #1: October 1st is the beginning of Q4.
FACT #2: What you do in Q4 will have tremendous effects on 2025’s profitability.
SO here are my 5 predictions for online fitness coaches in 2025
1️⃣ Fitness and nutrition coaches who PLAN 2025 during Q4 will win BIG.
If you don’t plan NOW for 2025, you’re going to get crushed. You need 100% Clarity on your messaging that leads to a Content calendar that helps you start creating content that resonates with your ideal client NOW.
Planning 2025 now means you spend time in 2025 actually creating, having powerful Conversations that lead to Conversions, and actually Coaching your clients!
If you don’t plan now, you’ll waste SO much time in an endless loop of “what am I going to do now?”... and make no money.
2️⃣ Online training coaches who are VISIBLE during Q4 will start 2025 with a BANG.
Make no mistake about this: all of the Content you publish during Q4 will act like a seed that sprouts to the top of your future clients’ minds when January rolls around and people want to lose weight.
But it doesn’t stop there. Because in February and March, they start getting tax refunds … which means they now have surplus cash they will use to invest in their future.
A LOT of people do exactly that: hire a trainer in February and March to get them ready for summer and beyond. It happens every single year.
And if you’re asking about what kind of Content you should create that will stand out…
3️⃣ Trainers and Coaches who embrace WHO they are at an IDENTITY level will triumph.
This is all about Clarity and an abundance mindset.
There are 8 billion people in the world. Be YOU. Share YOUR story. Clarity about WHO you are, combined with providing valuable Content, is exactly what will make you stand out in a sea of coaches claiming their program is the best.
Stop being afraid of what people will think and be powerfully and passionately YOU as you share Content that changes lives… and leads to paying CLIENTS that grow your business.
4️⃣ Long form content will make a comeback.
It’s true that our attention spans are getting shorter. To make matters worse, science has proven that constantly scrolling on social media is harming our brains at the cellular level.
Guess what? People are waking up to this. And the ones who are waking up are the ones ready to transform and tackle life differently. They want to grow and improve.
That means they are going to research. A LOT.
Coaches and trainers willing to embrace an abundance mindset and provide incredible value in the form of long form content (whether that’s writing or video) WILL stand out and get more clients in 2025.
5️⃣ Conversations will continue to be THE difference between success and failure.
Let’s be clear: to succeed, you’ve got to offer a Coaching program that pays you WELL for your time.
As your business grows and you scale, it must ALSO pay for those you eventually hire.
That means you’ve got to offer a high ticket coaching program…
…and over 90% of high ticket Conversions only happen after a powerful Conversation.
The most profitable online coaches have powerful, structured Conversations about what their prospects desire the most. They don’t show up and just start talking. They follow a proven template, over and over again → and that’s why they have more clients.
