Chef Tyler Scott spent years working in the restaurant industry, owning and operating a fine dining steakhouse in Peterborough, Ontario. After getting sober and surviving the pandemic, he sold the restaurant and took a wildly opposite path — one that brought together two of his biggest passions: cooking and the outdoors.
Then came . A whole lot of recipe testing and a mission to bring chef-crafted freeze dried meals to people who love adventure as much as he does.
So yes, he really did go from fine dining to freeze-dried food 👏😂
But the goal has always been the same: make delicious wholesome food. We’re pretty proud of this guy 🔥
