Saturday GYROKINESIS® Flow

A little reminder that our weekly Saturday GYROKINESIS® Flow Classes are continuing throughout the summer. 🤍

And thank you to everyone who has been joining me each week—whether live or through the recordings. I love knowing that we’re continuing to move together, even during the busy summer months.

This Saturday, I’m going to bring a few Lotus Blossom movements into our class for a little something different and in celebration of my new two-hour Lotus Blossom Special recording, now available to explore at home. 🌸

The Lotus Blossom material is outside the regular Format 1 and Format 2 classes, with lots of variety, challenge, and movement to explore.

Come join me Saturday and have some fun with it!
