How can you make something that weighs 4 kgs become 25 kgs and all weights in between?
How can you make a piece of workout equipment capable of accomplishing all the exercises that you can do in the gym with all the free weights and machines?

Just had a great SyRFing session in the ravine in our neighbourhood. 40 minutes, full body workout plus cardio in the beautiful sunshine. Anyone want to join me? Try it out? Let me know. I have SyRF Bars (different sizes for men and women) for you to use and I will lead you through a great workout.
