The Water Vipers Dragon Boat Team is based in Toronto, Ontario. Formed in 2008 by alumnus of a University of Toronto team, the Water Vipers have grown into a multicultural and diverse team with students and graduates from schools across Ontario in a variety of professions. Our lives are hectic as young aspiring professionals, but we always find the time and resources to improve as athletes and bui

ld strong team bonds. With a great balance between being competitive and having fun, the Water Vipers Team has outperformed expectations year after year and parties harder than any Toronto frat!! The Vipers believe in developing both mind and body through efficient and effective training techniques rather than conventional training methods. During the winter months we practice at Afterburn Fitness AND take full advantage of Afterburn’s paddling clinics, nutritional workshops and training camps. During the summer months we’re on the water at Outer Harbour Dragon Boat Club to further our dragon boat racing prowess. We’re training like it’s 2026 already. 😘 Water Vipers just wrapped our first month of off-season training at , and we’re excited to carry that 2025 high straight into the new year. From Florida to Milton, Hong Kong to Centre Island, and back to Toronto — 2025 was jam packed! Water Vipers trained harder, raced further, and strengthened connections within our crew and around the globe.

Massive shoutout to our incredible coaches, , .ku, and .enceyu, for their strength, vision, and unstoppable support that kept us growing, pushing, and riding the momentum all season long. 🙌🔥

And to our unstoppable Vipers, you showed us how it’s done — in classic black-and-white, Canadiana red-and-white, and yes… even hot PINK! 🩷 Your energy, dedication, and fierce commitment to training made 2025 one for the books. Here’s to the waves we’ve conquered, and the ones we’re about to ride next!
