Summer Yoga in the Park
Join me on Tuesdays starting June 23rd, from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. at Alexander Muir Memorial Gardens (2091 Yonge St. South of Lawrence on the east side of Yonge) for Vinyasa/Flow Yoga. Walk down the stairs from Yonge St. and turn to your left you will see a large flag pole with the Canadian flag on top. We will have our practice in the quiet green space there. Looking forward to seeing everyone!!
