Adult beach volleyball leagues and youth programs on the shores of Lake Ontario at Ashbridges Bay Park and Woodbine Beach Park. The Ontario Volleyball Association (OVA) and Beach Blast offer adult recreational beach volleyball leagues from May to September, every year at Ashbridges Bay, on the 85 permanent beach volleyball courts. All League matches begin at 6:45 pm and run until 8:30pm roughly. Teams are put into different tiers after several weeks of play to ensure the most enjoyable and competitive matches but importantly, effectively ensuring that teams are playing other teams of similar skill levels more frequently. Fall session (Starting the week of September 4th)
Matches start at 6pm and each team plays 2 matches per night due to the limited daylight hours

Most importantly, all league members are encouraged to have fun and enjoy themselves at all times on the beach!

Don’t let summer end without getting a few more games in at Ashbridges Bay! The Fall League runs September 9–30, with games starting at 6:00 PM-perfect for squeezing in some beach volleyball before the days get shorter. 🌅

Choose from 2v2, 4v4 or 6v6, with options for competitive, intermediate and recreational players.

Fall is just 4 weeks, so it’s the perfect final hit of outdoor volleyball before the season wraps up!
