Some of the most important parts of Winters College that continue to foster the Winters’ spirit are THE ABSINTHE PUB AND COFFEE SHOP (the ‘Ab’), THE WINTERS FREEPRESS, and WCC SOCIAL/CULTURAL EVENTS. he fine arts and beyond. With our very own art gallery, the Eleanor Winters Art Gallery (EWAG), students have the opportunity to showcase their work beyond the classroom. Whether it is a painting exhibition, installation, dance or theatre performance, the gallery remains quite popular on campus for many students to showcase themselves and present their hard work. Anyone and everyone are welcome to attend any of these meetings so get
involved! More than just what services we have to offer, we consider ourselves your friends, colleagues, and peers. We are all students too and can offer advice, guidance, or just a place to hang out and have fun. Our lounge is located in the basement of Winters College at 003 down the hall from the Absinthe. Also meet with some of our affiliated clubs such as YUMS (York University Musicians Society), DSA (Dance Students Association), and Team Unbreakable. Rock on Winters!
