We are a group of passionate Brazilian Zouk dancers in Toronto who are very excited and feel confident that Zouk will be the dance of the future in Canada! Popular all around Europe, Australia, and South America today, Zouk has been rapidly spreading and growing in popularity everywhere. l. Her passion for Zouk led her to start teaching and developing a Zouk community in Canada. Since early 2015, after spending 2 years of intensive Zouk and dance training in Brazil, Fernando - in addition to a dance instructor, also a Bachelor of Physical Education - and Cintia have been the instructors for TDZ. Also native Brazilians, and having trained in many different cities in Brazil, they are able to teach Real Brazilian Zouk, in all of its 3 styles (Lamba, Traditional and Modern), focusing on technique and with the sense of authenticity it requires. Since September/2015, TDZ teaches private classes only, since that is how we found the proper technique of Brazilian Zouk can best be taught here in Toronto.
