Wedding season is approaching! ❤️

My advice to everyone — find someone who supports your passion!

For me, that passion has always been dance. I made a promise to myself that I would never compromise on the arts after marriage. Nemo didn’t just accept that — he encouraged it. When I can’t keep up with everything, he quietly picks up the slack without ever making me feel guilty or different.

Almost 8 years later, like any marriage we’ve had our ups and downs, but one thing has never changed — he’s still the same supportive Nemo who told me from day one to be myself and do what I love.

While many around us follow the traditional path of life, our journey has looked a little different — and that’s okay. I’m just grateful to have a partner who has never once asked me to dim my light no matter what. 💃✨

I’m forever grateful to my akka’s and family friends for trusting young talent like me with your children and this beautiful art form 🤍

Life took me on a different path for a while, and I stepped away from teaching — but watching these kids grow, shine, and still carry classical art in their own ways fills my heart more than words! There are more people missing but this company truly started with a bang and I’ll never forget any of you - thankful🪷

Ignore the quality 🙈 the passion was always there… even if the phone quality wasn’t and I think some of you might still agree lol iykyk

He’s coming to Toronto! Woo! I’ve taken on two scenes in this production. Thank you Ramya Akka for coordinating and trusting me. I’m really excited to work with you all.

Your Sarista's 1st Anniversary - Custom Line!

This fashion show was one of a kind - again same concept as the 1st one completely Chanel inspired- their Custom Line were so beautifully designed to each of their models and styled by no other than the amazing - love her work🧡 and more than everything i was happy to be wearing one of them too!

and i must say i loved the flare and attitude our models (apart from me) brought to the outfits. They completely owned it!🙌🏽😍

1 of 2 - The best part of being choreographer is your options are endless and its not always about dancing!

Going back to 2015 - i had the honour of choreographing Your Sarista's 1st Anniversary Fashion Show! Thank you for trusting me from day 1 before i even had a proper media platform.

These two beautiful young entrepreneurs - my friends - Nirthiha & Banuja told me what their Channel inspired vision was and i knew exactly what i needed to do.

As an dancer first i knew i wanted really use the full space of the venue vs just the ramp and having some experience of modeling - i worked along with some of our well models in the Tamil community and produced an unique fashion show! We chose to work with wide range of girls to reflect the true beauty of the Tamil community and im happy that i was part of the first fashion shows to be shown in a such a way to your community!

Show some love to these beautiful girls and oh & one of them is me! 🙌🏽

As an artist - i strive to make the community stronger by spreading the growth of Tamil arts with every opportunity i get - thankfully i been blessed by many - i make sure to work with different artists every time because thats only way i can do my part - we need to learn to take constructive criticism from everyone we work with, share your knowledge, and more importantly learn to share the stage with different artists equally- i don't care if you are a senior artist, junior artist or an non artist - we all need to learn TOGETHER if you want to excel in the arts - you dont deserve more stage time than any other person who puts in the same amount of hours of practice as you- one love only- if you have passion, love, dedication and is a positive human being - i am someone who wants to work with you - i dont care about your size, shape or form. Hearing someone say - "i want to dance again" i know i accomplished my purpose to the community 🙏🏽 This is just a beginning for some of you - but i definitely say there is more to come..🙌🏽
