Robb Gilbear Helping purpose-driven coaches grow Facing a divorce while simultaneously walking away from my 20 year career in music left me suicidal.

DOES THE FOLLOWING SOUND FAMILIAR?
————————————————————

✓ You feel stuck and know your talents should be used for something with real impact and meaning, but don't know how to create an actual business with coaching.

✓ You want the purpose and freedom a successful coaching business will give you, but you’re struggling to get clients.

✓ You're tired of your inner critic saying sh*t like:

> "What will my friends and family think?"
> “What if I'm not good enough?"
> "What if I fail?"

What if there was a way to go from feeling stuck and uncertain to confidently enroling high-ticket dream clients in three months? I know, it’s a bold-ass statement.

Hey there, I’m Robb....

I’m passionate about marketing and helping people grow their businesses but it all means nothing without the human connection and deeper purpose. I had to challenge the assumptions of “who I was” and completely reinvent myself. Your past does not need to equal your future.

WHAT CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY

There’s NO WAY I could’ve known that Tony would rap on stage, Evelyn would serenade us with opera, or Shawna would do this crazy jump split.

Because, in some ways, I have NO IDEA what will happen at DO BOLD SH*T.

Yes....

There’s planned workshops, activities, and speakers. All intentionally chosen to help you grow your business + change what you believe is possible for you.

But the event is co-created by the people in the room.

It’s a big part of the magic.

And looking at the quality humans attending this year, I can’t freaking wait.

P.S. We’re down to the last few tickets. Curious? Comment: DBS

All my biggest breakthroughs have THIS in common. I’ve worked with loads of coaches. Been in several programs. And attended events in 5 different countries.

I’ve learned something in every scenario.

(even if it was “what not to do” 😂)

But my biggest leaps? The times when I saw the most drastic shifts in a short period of time? They all have this one thing in common.

Can you guess what it is before watching the video?

P.S. This is the last time we’re doing DO BOLD SH*T in this format + in this space. The event is changing drastically next year. Comment DBS for the details.

3 careers. A lot of mistakes. One picture that changed everything.

My partner took a picture of me on vacation. I’d finally taken a real break from work and all I could feel was this weight sitting on my chest: I’m meant to be doing more than this.

That was 7 years ago. I was making good money, coaching leaders I genuinely respected, and I was miserable anyway.

Swipe through and I’ll tell you the rest.

(Including the part where I was $28k in debt, sleeping on a pullout couch while my kids shared a mattress on the floor.)

If you’re new here, I’m Robb. I help coaches do work they’re proud of and get paid well for it. Not by turning them into someone they’re not. Just by getting clear, getting visible, and enrolling clients in a way that actually feels like them.

Follow along if that’s the kind of thing you’re after (or don’t because I’m also cool with that).

Especially if you’re a coach or consultant doing work with meaning. Aka why you’re not attracting more clients (in 21 seconds).

06/15/2026

You can’t BS these people. It’s one of the reasons I love humans from England, Scotland, Ireland, and Wales. They’re funny. They’ve got good taste in music. And they’ll call you on your crap.
