Coach Lia I am a PE teacher and Strength and Conditioning coach.I create programs with a purpose.

I promote fitness and encourage my clients to engage in different activities once I provide them with the needed strength to try out new things. I am a driven and passionate coach and educator who is a strong believer in the science of sport with a coaching philosophy emphasizing on making sure strong fundamentals are established and providing a positive and respectful team environment with a focused mind set.
