Ever left a sales call thinking, “Why did I just say that?”
You had a plan.
You knew your offer.
But the moment pricing came up, your chest tightened, your voice shifted, and you started talking too much... or worse, offering discounts you didn’t plan. 💬😩

And after the call? You’re left wondering:
“What went wrong? I followed the script.”

Let me tell you something most women entrepreneurs are never taught:

It’s not always what you say.
It’s how your body feels when you say it.

When your nervous system doesn’t feel safe, your strategy doesn’t stand a chance.

✨ Even the most “perfect” pitch won’t land if your energy is saying:
“Please don’t reject me.”

And your lead can feel it.
The tension. The doubt. The pressure.

That’s why I tell my clients:
Sales doesn’t start with your words.
It starts with your nervous system.

I’ve coached heart-led women who were amazing at what they do.
But their close rate didn’t reflect it…
because they were showing up dysregulated without realizing it.

❌ Not because they lacked skills.
✅ But because they never learned how to feel safe while selling.

💥 If you’re hearing “I need to think about it” more than “Where do I pay?”...
It’s time to shift how you lead the sales conversation.

You don’t need to try harder.
You need to feel safer — and your energy will lead the way.

🔥If You Hate Selling, You Might Have This Wound 🔥

If selling feels uncomfortable, exhausting or straight-up wrong… it’s not because sales is the problem.
It’s because, at some point, you learned that asking for something meant you might not get it.

Some of us grew up believing that if we were good enough, people would just offer us what we deserve.
Love. Support. Money.
So we learned to wait, to hope, to prove our worth instead of asking for it.
That’s the wounded feminine - believing that receiving is something that has to be earned.

And then there’s the flip side, the part of us that learned we have to push to get what we want.
That the only way to be taken seriously is to force things into place.
That’s the wounded masculine - hustling, chasing, convincing… and feeling like nothing is ever enough.

If sales feels gross, it might be because you’re stuck between the two—afraid to ask, but exhausted from forcing.
And that’s why no strategy, no script, no ‘perfect pitch’ is fixing the real problem.

Selling isn’t about proving or forcing. It’s about inviting. Owning. Standing in a place where you don’t have to convince anyone—you just are.

If this woke something up in you, it’s time to rewire everything.

Flying to Amsterdam...and Reframing My Hustle 🌍✈️

There’s something about boarding a plane that forces you to rethink things. Up here, with nothing but clouds and sky, the hustle we grind through every day feels a little different.

What if we did sales like travel? Not just rushing from one call to the next or pushing through a never-ending to-do list, but savoring the journey, soaking in the experiences, trusting the unexpected detours?

Amsterdam’s on the horizon—full of history, depth and flow. And it reminds me…business doesn’t have to feel like a constant climb. Sometimes it’s about embracing new rhythms, trusting the connections and letting the path unfold.

Sales and success don’t come from force; they come from connection, presence and a bit of adventure.

What if we stopped hustling like tourists and started moving through our work like travelers—grounded, intentional, open?
